An interesting small bronze head of the Buddha – in researching possible origins, the closest we could find in facial and headdress characteristics is that of Nepal. The head measures 4” high by 2 ˝” wide by 2” deep. It has nice patina – there appears to be some traces of gilding at some point in time. On the inside we can see some green Verdi gris. A very charming little stone head of a doll from Thailand - mid to late 17th century. The stone appears to be either a form of granite or sandstone - although it seems to be sturdier than sandstone. The head is of a small boy with a delightful smile on his face.
