It is a very colorful print of the puppet with fine registration. Ours is an earlier edition of 100 - probably the first edition - and is number 20/100. As you will see, it has been framed at some point in the past - the person who framed it bent the top down about an inch of the top to make it fit the frame. The print depicts a bijen-ga applying wearing a light summer kimono known as a yukata. The background is a very light whitish ping with ground mica that gives it a lustrous sheen. It measures 9 7/8" by 9" - the image is 4 3/4" by 3 1/2". Mint condition - never framed or matted.
